After years of experience as a ministry and corporate teacher and trainer, I turned my passion for helping others toward helping people change the way they think about their health. I discovered that by making some mindset changes, I was able to finally lose weight and I'm excited to help others find the same results! I've also dealt with chronic illness most of my life and discovered long ago that Mindset is Everything.

No, not at all. The Health Assessment form just gives you a moment to think about where you're at, the changes you want to make and to let me know what changes you are interested in. After that, we'll talk about how I can help you IF it's a good fit for you.

Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.
